Dr. Bolnick received his Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He subsequently completed his internship and residency at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.
After completing his fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Dr. Bolnick was appointed Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut. In this capacity, he was responsible for the Fetal Echocardiography and CVS programs at the University. He also recently completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Wayne State University in Detroit.
Board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Dr. Bolnick’s research has been extensively published in medical journals and books. Licensed to practice in several states, he is a member of several elite professional organizations including American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Bolnick’s ongoing research in Downs Syndrome screening, intra-amniotic infection, and preterm labor treatment have earned him peer recognition and respect. In addition, Dr. Bolnick takes great pleasure in teaching Ob/Gyn residents.
Dr. Bolnick enjoys spending free time with his wife and their children, skiing, and lifting weights. He is also very active in his synagogue.
